That's made by the daylight company here: http://uk.daylightcompany.com/ . You can get Philips Daylight 18w cfls from homebase.

I've emailed them on behalf of my customer complaining that the lamp has failed!

In the end I got her some daylight CFLs from Homebase
|

This looks like one of the very early design spirals, where the tube would come out at an angle from its base.
