SOX in the living room!

Comments:	Just a little experiment I did a while back, a 1970s floor twin spot fitting with the two lamp holders wired in series, 100W GLS in the top, 18W SOX in the bottom! Looks bloody ridiculous but it actually works! :P

LOL just about the most objectionable light source to have indoors! Esp. in the living room! Did the SOX warm up properly?? Shocked

As the old saying goes "Put a SOX in it" although very bright they arre less stranious to the eyes and use very little electricity

Yeah it did warm up, was slightly flickery though!

Lol couldn't be better then Colin! Only issue with this set up it there's a lot of loss with the filament lamp Sad
