Amazing to think that the T12 models were still being made as late as 2005!

They were going as late as 2008 and the very last few had twist lock lamp holders. I know of an LP65M3 fitted by me. Wish I kept it now

what I would give for a time machine to go back and order a whole bunch load of various configs, one I had always wondered about was the /D suffix, Cathode heater, Dimming, did anyone ever actually specify that? and what did the internal layout look like, separate "ballast shaped" cathode heating transformers where generally pretty obscure/rare so I am curious what they might of used, over time etc

I'm with you there Dez! And this was only 20 years ago! I'm surprised cathode heating transformers were still a thing in 2005. Dimmable HF was long established as the norm by then.
