Looks like an ebay special!, it's definitely not highway spec?, quite intrigued to see it's night shot now?

These are being installed by the Oxford streetlighting crews. As it turns out, I misidentified the faulty lantern. Last night this was on but very dull as it seems there is a whacking great label over the glass! The lantern which is very blue is one of those Philips Fortimo lanterns I snapped a few years back. I'll have to go take another look to see what has happened to that lantern and take a night shot.
