The M60 is a moderm Motorway (actually like the Ring Road around Manchester, this also includes the M62 around Saddleworth/Rochdale/Oldham) the M62 motorway starts at the Rocket Flyover (Broadgreen Liverpool) before there it's the A5047 and A5080 London Road, West Derby Street, Edge Lane, Edge Lane Drive Liverpool,

In 2000, the section of the M62 between Eccles Interchange and Simister Interchange (Junctions 12 to 18) was renamed to the M60, then it is the M62 up to Leeds, from there it becomes the A63 and continues into Hull.

I've passed these lanterns loads of times, always wondered why there was ZX3 on one side then these on the other!! looks like they've been re fitting one side and forgot about the other :/
