This is including the gear losses?

The 18W tube is less efficient than the 20W?!

Do you measure it yourself ?
The consuption doesn't match IEC classes (230V rated) very well (from B1 to C on SS and from A2 to A3 on HF)

thanks for the answer, interesting how consumption changes with manufacturers and is sometimes far from standard
